Protocol before starting to work:

• Our collaborators carry out a rigorous control of temperature and COVID-19 symptoms before starting their work.
• Constant Hand Washing: we urge all our team to wash their hands every 20 minutes or when necessary.
• Protective Equipment: Our collaborators are equipped with all the necessary equipment for their safety and that of our guests. The use of a mask is mandatory.
• Constant training: We care about training our team in health biosafety and COVID-19 prevention issues. It not only applies to their workplace but also to their homes.

Check In Process:

Before entering our facilities, the hotel must follow the following steps:

• Barriers Protection: We have minimized contact by installing protectors for employees and guests.
• Digital Payment Methods: We receive payments through transfers to bank accounts and credit or debit cards to avoid the use of cash.
• Digital Payment Vouchers: Vouchers can be sent via email or to your mobile. We appreciate using these means to avoid contact and reduce the use of paper.

During your stay:

For your safety and that of our collaborators, you must follow our biosecurity policies:

• Mandatory use of mask: The use of masks is mandatory for guests in all public areas.
• Biosafety protocols: Each time they enter the hotel, the following will be applied: temperature measurement, cloth disinfection and hand washing.
• Hand washing or sanitizing: We encourage you to do this constantly with alcohol gel available in public areas.
• Use of the Elevator: Before entering, disinfect your hands with the alcohol gel available on each floor.
• Social distancing: Mandatory to maintain 1.5 ms.
• Visits restriction: Non-lodged persons cannot enter guest rooms.

Breakfast Service:

• Area Capacity: We have reduced the capacity by 50% to maintain Social distancing.
• Room service: it must be coordinated the night before with the reception.
• Breakfast menu: it will be granted physically or virtually so that you can choose the options of your preference in advance.
• Safe Products: we offer the assurance of having a carefully protected product for your enjoyment.
• Constant hygiene: our team performs this procedure at the beginning and end of the service. We use 5th generation quaternary ammonium.

Room cleaning:

• Anti COVID and eco friendly chemical products: We have highly effective products against COVID 19 minimizing the environmental impact.
• Room Linen Washing: Our lingerie goes through a quarantine process and is then washed with anti-COVID chemicals.

Public areas:

• Awareness signage: We have marked all our areas in order to achieve care and social distancing.
• Constant cleaning and disinfection: We care about the care of our common areas, we have increased the frequency of cleaning our hallways, stairs and living rooms; we use Quaternary Ammonium for added security.
• Gel alcohol dispensers: we constantly replenish our containers.
